I was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. I graduated from Greenville High and the University of South Carolina (Columbia). I have always been attracted to color and light. I get my inspiration from the vibrant hues around me. My English mother and English grandfather were watercolor artists. I have morphed into abstract painting over the years. I just love the element of surprise that abstract brings. I get such joy out of creating my work. My mediums are acrylic, oil, and mixed media. I have had my art business for 8 years now, and I appreciate the support of my collectors, family, friends, and followers. My husband and I have 5 adult married children and 14 grandchildren. We have a Standard Poodle, Queenie, and a Golden Doodle, Gabby. When I'm not painting, I enjoy interior design and all things creative, pickleball, and gardening.
